MW: In a rather personal question, who is Rosie Niku? What are some of your interests and likes, for you, what is Fashion? What is Style?
To be honest, I consider myself a passionate person. I try to be authentic at all times and work with great integrity. I work hard but also allow myself to enjoy life. I love to travel and at the same time enjoy a glass of wine with close friends at home..... My one true passion in life is my chocolate lab Sydney Brown.
The Bleu Models' unbeatable team of Rosie and Shabie together with models Lindsey Lockwood and Nikki Jaggs.
Style to me is not about brand names and labels, it's about expression, personality and putting it all together to create uniqueness.
MW: What makes someone a potential male model?
Rosie: Besides the standard requiremnets of good looks, great skin and unique features, I look for the special "je ne sais quoi". Most importantly personality because when you are competing in a world where everyone is similar, there has to be that special something that stands out!

Rosie: Christian Monzon. He is the most humble down to earth, professional human being that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
MW: Who are some of today's male models you believed to be the most successful? How do you manage to represent so many of today's top talent?
Rosie: It wouldnt be a fair to just name a few as I consider every model being successful in their own way. As I mentioned before, I am able to represent today's top talent because of my relationships with top agencies around the world.
MW: What advices would you give to an aspiring male model?
Rosie: Keep yourself grounded, always be efficient and professional but most importantly enjoy what you do and have fun doing it!

MW: Tell us, Shabi, how did you started discovering and representing male models? How did you get involved in the business of model representation and management?
I moved to LA because I wanted to work in the entertainment industry.... I landed a job as an assistant to some top notch agents at William Morris...after being there for a year I knew there was something else out there for me.
I met Rosie and basically told her I was young and hungry and very eager to learn the business! She took me under her wings and with her guidance, she taught me the business and helped me become the booker I am today.
