Jed: In your personal perspective, what makes the Men's Division at Elite a unique and different Men's board compared to the many agencies in New York?

Nathalie: As a booker of Elite Model Management, I think we have unique and close relationships with our models, we are not only concerned about developing their modeling careers and giving them an understanding of the business, but we genuinely care about one another.

Jed: As model agent & manager, what are the most important role you need to do in order to help your models succeed?

Nathalie: There are several factors that contribute to the success of a model. First, I think good scouting abilities are imperative, without the hottest new faces, an agency is nothing. Second, it is important to develop a model. It isn't enough to send models to go sees or casting. We must build an image that makes him attractive to clients. At Elite, we take a very personalized approach to the business and make sure that each model is presented in their best light. Finally, once a model becomes successful, we must make sure that we carefully fine tune his image and insure that he stays on top for as long as possible

Jed: In retrospect, what would you consider as some of the most important achievements of the agency? What makes you proud of ELITE?

Nathalie: I can't say that our model achievements are more important than others. What I can admit is that in the last two years since we opened, and just the fact that we are already up there at the top speaks for itself.

Jed: With such experiences handling male models, how would you describe each of the fashion capitals in terms of what they could offer to a male model and his career- London, Paris, Milan, NYC

Nathalie: London-hip city "avant garde" photographers and magazines call London home and create some of the edgiest load in the world.

Paris- I am French, so of course, I am partial to the city of lights. Paris is where it all began. Today it is a place where old traditions meet tomorrow's, the result: Truly stunning fashion. Milan- Certainly, you can't discuss fashion without mentioning Milan. It is the proving ground of most of the famous designers.

New York- The epicenter of the "business aspect" of fashion.
